County of Fade Barber Shop, Inc. ("County Of Fade", "we", "us") runs countyoffadebarbershop.com, our online booking, our phone lines and our text messages. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

- Booking details: your name, mobile number, email (optional), the shop, service, barber and time you pick, and notes you add.
- Calls and texts: when you call or text our shop numbers, the number you call from, the time, and what you ask for. Calls may be answered by Sunny, our AI receptionist, and may be recorded and transcribed to book and manage your appointment. You are told at the start of the call.
- Visits: your appointment history and what you paid at the shop.
- Website use: basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site working and secure.
How we use it
- To book, confirm, remind you of, move or cancel your appointments.
- To answer your questions by phone or text.
- To run our shops: schedules, records and customer service.
- To keep our services secure and prevent fraud.
Text messages (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we send messages about your appointments (confirmations, reminders, changes) and replies to messages you send us. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except with the service providers that deliver our messages for us.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run booking, phones, texting, hosting and payments, under agreements that limit their use to providing those services to us, and when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and visit records while you are a customer and as long as needed for our business and legal obligations. Call recordings are kept only as long as needed to manage appointments and quality.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text to stop texts. Reply HELP for help.
- Ask us to see, correct or delete your information by calling either shop or emailing us.
Children
Our services are for adults and parents booking for their children. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 without a parent.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
