These terms apply to countyoffadebarbershop.com, our online booking, our phone lines and our text messages, run by County of Fade Barber Shop, Inc. By booking or using these services you agree to them.
Booking
- You can book online, by phone or in person. Walk-ins are welcome when a chair is free.
- Online bookings are confirmed on screen. Payment is made at the shop after your service unless we tell you otherwise.
- Prices on the site start at the listed amount and can vary by barber and service.
- Please arrive on time. If you need to cancel or move your appointment, let us know as early as you can by phone, text or the link in your confirmation.
Phone calls and Sunny
Calls to our shop numbers may be answered by Sunny, our AI receptionist, which can answer questions and book, move or cancel appointments. Calls may be recorded and transcribed to provide this service. You can ask to speak with a person at any time.
Text messaging program
Program: County Of Fade Barbershop appointment texts.
What you receive: appointment confirmations, reminders, changes and replies to your messages.
How you join: by giving your mobile number when you book online, by phone or at the shop and agreeing to receive texts, or by texting us first.
Frequency: message frequency varies, usually a few messages per appointment.
Cost: message and data rates may apply.
Opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop. You will get one message confirming you are unsubscribed.
Help: reply HELP, or call (786) 668-1908 (49th Street) or (786) 668-1910 (Hialeah Gardens).
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. See our Privacy Policy: no mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Website use
Do not misuse the site or booking system, book under someone else's name without permission, or try to interfere with how it works. Content and photos on this site belong to County of Fade Barber Shop, Inc. or its barbers.
Liability
We provide our website and booking as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses from using them. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Florida law.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
